Are there any changes due to the congestion charge?

In august 2007 a public discussion document is being released to discuss the future of the congestion charge and to look at changes based around the co2 emissions of the engines of modern vehicles due to the rapid changes in technology. That is why we are not promoting lpg cars as their future exemption is not assured .
